Papaya or pawpaw - బొప్పాయి

Scientific Name:-

Papaya or Carica papaya is a tropical country's succulent fruit.


Platelet Improvement :-

Papaya fruit is edible when ripen. Leaves, and shoots are eatable as juices to increase platelet count in Dengue patients. 

Papaya leaf juice-

2 leaves of papaya and 250 ml of water, mix in a juicer, add some lemon juice and honey. 


 Raw Papaya & Meet Recipe:-

In India raw papaya is cooked with meet,  it is delicious and easily digestable.

Just add all the ingredients like...

1.   Raw papaya pieces, 
2.   Mutton, 
3.   Jinger+garlic paste, 
4.   Coriander powder, 
5.   Curry leaves, 
6.   Coriander leaves, 
7.   Slat, 
8.   Pepper, 
9.   Red chilli powder, 
10. Termeric powder, 
11. Onion,
12. Tomatoes,
13. Sunflower oil.


Nutritional information:-

Papaya contains beta-carotene,it's a protein, also available in apricots, broccoli, pumpkin and carrots. Beta carotene will decrease the risk of cancer and relieves from Asthama. We all know that calcium strengthens and rebuilds our bones. Vitamin 'k' which is present in papaya helps our bones to absorb calcium.Papaya contains high fiber, it improves digestion and relieve from constipation.





For skin and hair:-

Papaya contains vitamin 'c', which is helpful in collagen production in skin. Collagen is the protein which helps in youthful skin texture. Papaya also contains vitamin 'A' which is responsible for visibility. More then this as a beauty vitamin, it produces sebum under hair roots.
